Videos with Special Guests
During the Covid Pandemic we shifted to meeting weekly on Zoom and we learned to make remotely produced music videos. Meeting remotely meant that we could include friends and members who live far away from Toronto, and also meant that our members could participate with out the logistical challenges involved with Wheeltrans. So even though the pandemic is now behind us we will continue to meet remotely ( and collaborate on video production remotely) for the foreseeable future. We invited guest artists to join us. We have recorded over 15 songs with our amazing guests and are posting them as we complete them to this page and our YOUTUBE CHANNEL so check back soon to hear more music by us with Aviva Chernick, Ken Whiteley, Drew Gonsalves, Abigail Lapell, John Wort- Hannam, Susie Vinnick, and our music directors Aaron Lightstone and Moshe Fisher-Rozenberg.
Making Music Videos Together
Not being able to make music together in person, gave us the idea to make music videos together. We have made many together over the course of the pandemic and are gradually posting them here. Starting with our most recent video, Silver Bells was made for Christmas 2022 and features our assistant music director Moshe Fisher Rozenberg on lead vocal.
Playing together - Live in Person before March 2020.
From 2014 - March 2020, we met weekly on Wednesday afternoons from September to June, to jam, learn new music and socialize. This performance of us was shot shortly before the first stay-at-home orders where issued. We have been meeting on Zoom since then.
The following video fo Amazing Grace goes all the way back to 2015, when we met weekly in person at Don Way Covenant United Church in East Toronto, when Aaron Lightstone was our "new" music director.
